Joyce Clark

Joyce Clark was raised in the famous Art Colony of Laguna Beach, California and was educated at Whittier College and the University of California at Los Angeles. She spent many years as a commercial artist and then as a ceramic designer and decorator at the prestigious Brayton Pottery House in Laguna Beach. In 1960, Joyce Clark moved to Hana Hawaii where she spent the next twenty years developing her reputation as a seascape specialist. She has traveled the coast of California, Oregon, Mexico and Hawaii, as well as the islands of the South Pacific, Alaska, Egypt, and thoughout mainland China. She is a member of Oil Painters of America and International Society of Marine Artists. Mrs. Clark now divides her time between California and Hawaii.
